Ake is happy to finally sign a contract with Bournemouth

Former Chelsea player spent six months on loan at the Cherries last season, and has now signed a long-term deal at the club, joining shortly after the addition of veteran striker Jermain Defoe.

Ake was delighted to complete the move to Bournemouth and eager to continue improving his game under the guidance of manager Eddie Howe.

“I had a great time here last season so I’m really happy to be back,” said Ake, according to Sky Sports.

“It’s an exciting challenge. Chelsea is a great club and I learned so much there but this is a new step and the right place for me to develop even more.

“The fans haven’t seen the best of me yet. I always set the bar high so I know there is a lot of things I still have to work on. With the help of the manager here I know I can keep improving and become a better player.”

I am determined to keep improving on my game at Liverpool next season - Joe Matip

Liverpool defender Joel Matip is determined to keep improving his game as he aims to build on his debut season in the Premier League.

The 25-year-old signed for the Reds from FC Schalke in July of last year and proceeded to make 29 Premier League appearances, scoring one goal.

The Cameroon international, who was born in Germany, enjoyed a promising first campaign in the English top flight and is keen build on what he has learnt thus far.

“I really like to have the ball. It’s one of the nicest things when you’re out on the pitch. I try to do my best: when to look forward, when to create chances or help my teammates in front," he told the club's official website.

“But I am very self-critical as well. I always want to improve myself. You have to work hard and keep trying and learning – that’s the way you get better.

“Before I came here I knew about the Premier League. I saw a lot of games and I had an idea what to expect. So I prepared right from the beginning. Maybe the top teams try to play a bit more, but every team gives everything in this league.

“The ball goes from one end of the pitch to the other, all the time, so you can always be vulnerable if you’re not at your best. You have to concentrate because in every match just one situation can decide it.”

Real Madrid is interested in Thibaut Courtois - Agent

Reports suggest that the Belgian is stalling on a new contract with the Blues due to wage demands, and Los Blancos have long been linked with the former Atletico Madrid keeper.

"Of course Thibaut is of interest to the big clubs, including the latest Champions League winner," Henrotay told Sport Foot .

"He's someone who helps you win games, titles. I meet regularly with those in charge at Real Madrid, and Thibaut's case has come up. My role is to keep him updated on the situation."

Madrid are reportedly looking for another option to current No. 1 Keylor Navas and his deputy Kiko Casilla, and have also been strongly linked with Manchester United’s David de Gea and AC Milan pariah Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Monaco rubbish Arsenal bid for Lemar

Arsenal have reportedly had a €35 million bid knocked back by Ligue 1 champions Monaco for French winger Thomas Lemar.

Les Monegasques are being plundered after romping to the domestic league title this past season, with many of their young players looking likely to move on.

Bernardo Silva has already been sold to Manchester City, while Tiemoue Bakayoko, Benjamin Mendy and Djibril Sidibe are also expected to leave Stade Louis II in the transfer window.

Lemar caught the eye for Leonardo Jardim's side in 2016/17, scoring 14 goals and providing 11 assists in 55 appearances across all competitions, which included a run to the Champions League semi-finals.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is searching for attacking reinforcements after failing to qualify for Europe's elite club competition, and is believed to have made a move for the 21-year-old.

But the Principality outfit rejected the offer and are preparing themselves for an improved bid from the north London giants, who have so far only signed defender Sead Kolasinac.

However, his wife and three children live just a two-hour drive from his home in Ramallah, he has not seen them for two years.

Tailakh said; "I knew I would face some difficulties bringing my family to the West Bank, but I never thought I would be in a situation where I might never see them again".

Role of a Quantity Surveyor as a construction valuer

Quantity Surveyors are able to carry out monthly valuations of work-in-progress in order to make stage payments to the contractor.

This includes the physical measurement of the work on the site and materials delivered.

The valuation for interim certificates should be made as accurately as is reasonably possible, and the contractor is entitled under the terms of the contract to the full value of work executed on site, less a specified retention sum.

One of the main functions of the contractor's quantity surveyor is to ensure timely and full payment for work carried out on site.

For most contractors interim valuations and certificates form their only source of income, from which they fund the whole of their building operation. In general, building contracts provide within their conditions regular and timely payments to the contractor.

Interim Valuations is the bill that includes cost spent on works, which are completed and in progress in a construction. This is prepared by the contractor’s Quantity Surveyor and check by the consultancy Quantity Surveyor.

The purpose of this, is to obtain money required for carrying out the work.

Interim Valuation are prepared by the Quantity Surveyor whenever the architect considers them to be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining the amount to be stated as due in an interim certificate.

The architect is contractually bound to issue interim certificates at the period stated within the conditions of contract.

Interim certificates is a payment certificate issued under the clause “Contract Price and Payment”, other than the final payment certificate (FIDIC Conditions of Contract Definition)
Most standard forms of contract state an entitlement on the part of the contractor to interim payment.

These payment assist in the contractor’s cash flow, but the actual determination of the contractor’s entitlement is not made until the final certificate.

The interim payments are therefore sums paid on account of whatever the contractor might eventually be entitled to recover from the employer. Most standard forms make issue of a certificate a condition precedent to the contractor’s right to payment.

It is a matter of fact whether payment for work carried out is a statement of acceptance or approval. Most contract provisions for interim certification and payment are based on cumulative valuation of work done, and are only for payment on account.

They are not binding nor conclusive of acceptance of the work.
We will assess the value of any variations and extras and these costs will be included in interim applications for payment.

The valuation of variations involves the omission of work originally included in the bill of quantities and the addition of work as executed in its place. Each variation is considered separately and their net values carried forward to a general summary.

Nominated subcontractors and suppliers accounts are also included in interim valuations as and when the work has been executed on-site or materials supplied.

The elements to be included within an interim certificate can therefore be summarized as:

(1) Preliminaries.

(2) Measured works.

(3) Valuation of architect's instructions or variations.

(4) Remeasurement of provisional items, prime cost (PC) sums and provisional quantities.

(5) Valuation of nominated subcontractors and suppliers.

(6) Unfixed materials on site and, where allowable, materials off-site.

(7) Fluctuations, where they are allowed within the contract provisions.

Despite the obligations on the architect and the quantity surveyor to produce both interim certificates and valuations, interim valuations are generally carried out together, i.e. between quantity surveyors, so that agreement can be reached between parties before certification.

Role of risk manager in Nigeria

There is no common job description for the risk officer, and where there is one, it is far from uniform.

But there is something important we do know: Risk officers become more important year after year.

Risk officers must:

-  Manage the implementation of all aspects of the risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.

-  Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate business areas' risks and risk and control self-assessments.

-  Manage the process for developing risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities.

-  Monitor major and critical risk issues.

-  Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate.

-  Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g. management reporting, including reporting to senior management).

-  Be leaders in developing and improving management reporting.

-  Liaison with Business users to prepare Functional specifications.

-  Generate project management documents.

-  Prepare high-level user requirements to assist in preparation of Project Initiation Documents.

-  Translate business requirements and functional needs into business / reporting and system specifications.

-  Ensure technical specifications meet the stated needs of the business.

-  Provide User Training for in-house developed systems.

-  Conduct compliance & risk assessments.

-  Conduct and document audits of client compliance to industry standards

-  Document project plans, action plans, presentations and project results for clients.

-  Define & produce client policies, procedures, processes & other documentation as required.

-  Enhance the security architect function and be responsible for the end-to-end security architecture of applications, technologies and services.

-  Implement the security program’s risk and control framework and global IT risk strategy.

-  Ensure the program is effectively integrated into product development and delivery methodology.

-  Participate in local and global discussions to formulate new or enhance existing security processes, policies and standards.

The independent risk management function (bank-wide and within subsidiaries) should have authority within the organisation to oversee the bank’s risk management activities.

Key activities of the risk management function should include:

• identifying material individual, aggregate and emerging risks;

• assessing these risks and measuring the bank’s exposure to them;

• supporting the board in its implementation, review and approval of the enterprise-wide risk governance framework which includes the bank’s risk culture, risk appetite, RAS and risk limits;

• ongoing monitoring of the risk-taking activities and risk exposures to ensure they are in line with the board-approved risk appetite, risk limits and corresponding capital or liquidity needs (ie capital planning);

• establishing an early warning or trigger system for breaches of the bank’s risk appetite or limits;

• influencing and, when necessary, challenging material risk decisions; and

• reporting to senior management and the board or risk committee, as appropriate, on all these items, including but not limited to proposing appropriate risk-mitigating actions.

While it is common for risk managers to work closely with individual business units, the risk management function should be sufficiently independent of the business units and should not be involved in revenue generation.

Such independence is an essential component of an effective risk management function, as is having access to all business lines that have the potential to generate material risk to the bank as well as to relevant risk-bearing subsidiaries and affiliates.

The risk management function should have a sufficient number of personnel who possess the requisite experience and qualifications, including market and product knowledge as well as command of risk disciplines

Staff should have the ability and willingness to effectively challenge business lines regarding all aspects of risk arising from the bank’s activities.

Toshiba drag Western Digital to court over memory chips

According to report, Toshiba is suing Western Digital for 120bn yen ($1bn; £835m), accusing it of interfering in the attempted sale of its flash memory business.

But the Japanese giant is offloading the unit, which makes chips for smartphones and laptops, to cover huge losses in its US nuclear division.

It has so far failed to clinch a sale to its preferred buyer, a group of US, South Korean and Japanese investors.

Western Digital, a partner of Toshiba, objects to that proposed deal.

The US firm, which jointly runs Toshiba's main semiconductor plant, has been feuding bitterly with its Japanese partner, and has sought a US court injunction to prevent any deal that does not have its consent.

Toshiba is selling its memory chip unit to cover losses from its nuclear division.

Stolen helicopter fire grenades on Venezuela Supreme Court building

According to Aljazeera, police helicopter has dropped grenades on Venezuela's Supreme Court building and fired shots at the interior ministry in what President Nicolas Maduro called a "terror attack" against his government.

However, Information minister Ernesto Villegas said the stolen helicopter first fired 15 shots on the ministry in Caracas, the capital, as a reception was taking place on Tuesday.

But, it then flew a short distance to the Supreme Court building and dropped four grenades, two of them near the national guardsmen protecting the building.

President Maduro said no one was injured as the grenades failed to detonate during the incident.

The attack occurred as Maduro was speaking live on state television to journalists gathered at the presidential palace.

Frank Lampard may join managerial role this season

Sky Sports report that, the former Chelsea star has spoken to the League One club about their vacant manager's position.

Lampard is one of several candidates thought to be under consideration for the position, along with Garry Monk's former assistant at Swansea and Leeds, Pep Clotet, and former Chelsea and Leeds striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

According to Sky, the former England midfield star is the favourite to land his first job in football management.

Oxford are in the hunt for a new manager after Michael Appleton quit the club to join Leicester as Craig Shakespeare's assistant.

The 39-year-old also won 106 England caps.

Liverpool will therefore avoid any punishment over Van Dijk transfer saga

Sky Sports report says, Southampton asked the Premier League to probe the Anfield club over an alleged illegal approach for the Southampton defender after reports said the player had told Jurgen Klopp he wanted to join the Reds.

Liverpool later ended their interest in signing Van Dijk and issued an apology to Southampton.

However, a preliminary probe by the Premier League has failed to find sufficient evidence to support Southampton's claim.

Liverpool will therefore avoid any punishment unless any new information is forthcoming.

The Premier League has strict rules governing transfers, which means clubs can only negotiate with players once a transfer fee has been agreed with the selling club or if the player is out of contract.

Approaches via an intermediary are also out of bounds.

Van Dijk joined the Saints from Celtic for £13m in September 2015 and signed a new six-year contract last year. Southampton have repeatedly said they have no intention of selling him.

“I think that my respect for this club and its supporters was my dedication, my passion and all my effort to make the club greater every single day.

“I apologise to the Juventus fans if sometimes they thought I had done something to offend them. I never had that intention, I just live very spontaneously and few people understand it. Even though it appears that I am not perfect, my heart is pure.

“Today our professional relationship ends and I will carry with me all of those who with love and true heart make Juve a great club.

"As everyone knows, I always say what I think and feel… so I feel that I should say thank you to Mr Marotta for the opportunity he gave me, he’s a great professional and someone who loves his job like few others.

“I don’t play football for money, I play football because I love the profession and those who are part of it. I leave it up to you to judge what I have done and worked for.

Nigeria need faith to become one nation

Why was I born to see these terrible things, the ruin of my people and of Nigeria?

God, Must I sit here helpless while the whole country is surrendered by enemies and Nigeria falls into the hands of evil politicians?

This politicians give birth to Terrorists, Millitants, Agitators, Kidnappers and Cattle herdsmen.

Presently, Nigeria is like someone without honor.

The country's splendid furnishings and wealth, have been carried away as loot.

Our children have been killed in the streets, and our young men by the armory of the enemy.

Terrorists, the first born of politicians in Nigeria has occupied the country and robbed the nation of its possessions.

All Nigeria ornaments have been stripped away; the nation is now a slave and is no longer free as our forefathers think of.

Look at our country, profaned by the tribal and religious haters, emptied of all its splendor.

Why should we go on living in this country?

The politicians children, who were forcing the people to turn from their God, came to Nigeria to force the people here to offer Suicide bombers, Agitate for freedom etc.

My people, let us join hands to fight for our dear country, Nigeria. Let us retake this country from the hands of evil politicians that are given us emotional torture everyday.

It is time to elect or appoint a respected leaders. Don't give up! Faith is what we need in the situations we found ourselves.

Inter Milan wanted Conte as their manager but, unfortunately pick Spalletti

The head of P&P Sport Managament, the organisation who had a hand in Conte's move to the Premier League champions, believes that even though Conte can now be regarded as the top manager in the world, Inter made the right choice with Spalletti.

“I was lucky enough to be involved in Conte’s move to Chelsea," Pastorello told Rai Sport.

"When you win the Premier League, you’re considered the best," he continued. “Inter wanted him, but ultimately they made a great choice in Spalletti. He’s the right Coach to relaunch the Inter project."

On the topic of the Blues' failed attempt at signing Inter forward Antonio Candreva in January, and the likelihood of there being a subsequent effort, the agent said that he believes the 30-year old is too crucial to Spalletti's plans at the San Siro to sell.

“Candreva? In the winter market, there was a need, with Oscar leaving, for Chelsea to intervene and they’d identified a possible solution in Candreva.

“However, he’d just arrived at Inter and Suning’s project sees its best players stay.

“Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible on that occasion. I don’t know if he’ll stay: I haven’t talked to [Piero ]Ausilio and [Walter]Sabatini, but knowing Spalletti’s system, I think he’s perfect for it."

I will continue to work hard in my career - Sanches

The Portugal international joined the Bavarian giants from Benfica last year amid much fanfare, but endured a frustrating debut season in Germany.

Sanches made just 25 appearances (nine of them starts) in all competitions for Bayern as they won a fifth straight league title and reached the Champions League semi-finals.

The 19-year-old midfielder admits he needs more game time and wants to achieve that with Carlo Ancelotti's side, but refused to rule out a move away from the Allianz Arena.

"In principle I will stay at Bayern," he told Record. "Of course Bayern Munich are a great club and I really enjoy being there.

"But if I do not stay at Bayern I will not be discouraged either. I will continue working as usual.

"Of course I need to play more, playing more gives me much more confidence. Let's see what happens."

Verratti denied ever speaking on his transfer saga

Marco Verratti insists he never gave an interview issuing an ultimatum to Paris Saint-German to retain his services for another season.

The Italy international has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona after impressing on the domestic scene and in the Champions League.

Verratti was quoted by La Gazzetta dello Sport as saying he wanted PSG to show their ambition by signing "champions" in order to keep him at Parc des Princes.

The 24-year-old midfielder took to Instagram on Saturday to question the validity of the article, which was then confirmed by the journalist who conducted the interview, Alessandro Grandesso.

But Verratti denied ever speaking to Grandesso and said he was getting fed up with all the constant speculation surrounding his future.

"I did not give an interview with anyone and I have never discussed with PSG the situation presented in the article this morning," he wrote on the social media platform.

"I hope you all stop speaking without knowing. There is a limit to all."

Muhammed Salah will shine in anfield - James Milner

James Milner believes that Liverpool's newest addition will be a hit at Anfield, saying that the Egyptian's skill and attitude off the ball will see him settle without difficulty.

Salah, who joined the Reds on Thursday for a fee of £39m, has everything a player needs to succeed in the English top-flight, says Premier League veteran Milner, including the commitment to always keep the pressure on the opposition when not in possession of the ball.

"That's what you need in our team. The way we play, you can't have any passengers," the 31-year old told the club's official website.

"Everyone mucks in and we've got great team spirit. Everyone gets on the front foot and gets the press; it only takes one person not to do it for it to break down.

"He’ll fit into that really well, with and without the ball. He’s very dangerous with it and causes a lot of problems. And without it, that’s so important the way we play.

"Looking at his stats and things like that, he has had a good season. He is a dangerous player and someone who is going to do really well for us, I’m sure."

Salah joins a Liverpool squad packed with talented forwards, ensuring that competition for places in Jurgen Klopp's starting XI will be fierce, something Milner feels is crucial of the club is to taste success this coming season.

"Liverpool is a top club, we’re a good squad of players and you’re going to attract top players. That’s what you want – the best players in and around the squad to push each other.

"The bigger the squad of top players you have, the more successful you’re going to be. The competition for places is exactly what you need all over the field."

The Catalan giants are looking to strengthen their squad under new coach Ernesto Valverde hand and are in the market for at least one midfielder.

Paris Saint-Germain's Marco Verratti remains their top priority, but reports suggested earlier this week that Paulinho was also a target.

The Guangzhou Evergrande midfielder confirmed the speculation.

"There's been contact with my agent,” he told Globo Esporte. “There's an offer. It's true, and the two parties are talking.

"I'm really proud that a great club like Barcelona are interested in my situation - there is no price for that."

The 28-year, however, is unsure about the move, as he said he is happy and settle in China.

Paulinho joined the Chinese Super League club in 2015 for £10 million after struggling at Tottenham Hotspur and has since enjoyed a resurgence in form, becoming a regular in the Brazil side under new coach Tite.

He's also settled and happy in China with his partner.

"At the moment I'm really happy with my life and with my career," he added. "When you're in a situation like the one I'm in, it's difficult to make a decision.

"There are a lot of things that I have to weigh up, one of them being my happiness.

"I think, first of all, the way things are with my partner here in China... We really like where we are, the people, how things are with the club, the success... The truth is that I don't know [what to do]."

Paulinho said he that negotiations between the two clubs have yet to start, and was unsure if and when this would happen.

Just this week, coach Luiz Felipe Scolari said that Guangzhou do not want to sell Paulinho, who has a £35 million release clause.

Arsenal FC move for Leon Goretzka signature

According to report, the Germany midfielder Leon Goretzka is reportedly mulling over a potential move to English Premier League side Arsenal in order to further his international football aspirations.

But, Goretzka currently plies his trade for Bundesliga side Schalke 04 but after a couple of below-par seasons with the Royal Blues, the lanky midfielder is considering his options.

The 22-year is hoping to find a club where the level of football will help him cement regular playing time under national team coach Joachim Low.

Gunners boss' Arsene Wenger is a known admirer of the box-to-box midfielder and after impressive displays in Die Mannschaft midfield at the Confederations Cup in Russia - a possible move away from Gelsenkirchen looks increasingly likely.

"As soon as the facts are there, I will be providing, then publicising what my decision is. But today there is no news to that effect," Goretzka said after scoring against Australia in the 3-2 win.

Low himself also commented on the rife speculation, claiming the pair had a private conversation before the pre-World Cup showpiece.

"Between the matches against Denmark and San Marino we had a long conversation about different possible scenarios because I just wanted to know what he was thinking, what kind of opportunities he envisaged," he told reporters.

"I certainly spoke my mind, but please bear with me if I don't share any details. It was a personal conversation and he said he would not focus on his future, he would focus on the Confederations Cup.

"To date, he has delivered. He played very well in both matches and, given his youth, he is already quite a personality in this team.

"It does seem to be clear that he is carefully planning his next career steps and therefore we are trying to ignore the whole issue surrounding his future club career. He is intelligent enough to come up with the right decision for his own career."

Goretzka scored eight goals and registered six assists in 41 games last season - helping Schalke to the Europa League quarter-finals and a tenth-place league finish.

Nelson Mandela sign deal with Frankfurt of Germany

Mandela has been part of the club's development side for the past 12 months, while in the process of securing a work permit to feature in the Bundesliga. Before joining Frankfurt, the 18-year-old represented Hoffenheim briefly and Barcelona's esteemed La Masia academy.

Last season his eight goals in 14 appearances for the U19 side impressed manager Niko Kovac and his technical team to secure the Cameroonian on a long-term deal.

Die Adler will be hoping the young forward will be able to step up and perform in the senior ranks after the untimely injury of captain Alex Meier, while on holiday in the US. The veteran forward's ankle break has officially ruled him out of the start of next season.

The player has received plenty of media attention since the announcement, due to sharing the name of the first black South African president - who led the country into democracy after the apartheid regime.

I am hungry and want to make my mark - Gray

The Foxes starlet, who opened the scoring in the England U21 team's recent 3-0 European Championship victory over Poland, admitted to talkSPORT at being frustrated by not being given sufficient opportunity to shine since his 2016 signing.

"I used this tournament last season to motivate me to show what I am capable of," the player, who started only nine of his 30 appearances for Leicester City, stated.

"As soon as I get a chance I want to have my best game.

"I am hungry and want to make my mark. I want to express myself as much as I can. I don't feel like I have been able to do that as much as I want," he added.

"Shakey (Craig Shakespeare) has always been there for me at Leicester. He always spoke to me one on one. With him getting the job now I am happy with that and hopefully I will get more of an opportunity," he continued.

"Managers have to trust you and give you a chance. If they do we will have more English talent coming on show."

"The way football is today, the way the game is changing all the time I think we can progress and see young players come through.

"It is all about opportunities. Playing at first team level is how you progress the best. You learn about the real game. If opportunities are given you'll see more of the youngsters coming through.

"The young England generation has some very, very good players. Hopefully, there is opportunities given to all the lads coming up from Under 17 onwards.

"The future is bright for England."

A News from Middle-East says, Eight princesses from the UAE have been convicted of human trafficking and degrading treatment of their servants by a Brussels court.

They were given 15-month suspended jail terms and ordered to pay €165,000 (£145,000; $185,000) each, with half the sum suspended.

They were accused of holding more than 20 servants they brought with them on a 2008 visit in near slavery.

However, they were acquitted of the more serious charge of inhumane treatment.

The princesses had denied all the charges.

Their lawyer, Stephen Monod, said he was "satisfied to note that the Belgian justice has appropriately assessed this case which has generated many misconceptions for nearly 10 years".

In the reaction: Myria, a Belgian rights group which helped bring the case to court, said the importance of Friday's judgement "can hardly be overstated".

The case dates back to 2008 but only came to court this year, after the defence's many procedural challenges

The princesses are relatives of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed.

Barcelona soccer star prefer fine than jail

Earlier report says, Lionel Messi and his father were found guilty of defrauding the Spanish tax authorities of £3.6million and Messi was hit with a suspended prison sentence.

However, under Spanish law he will not be required to serve any time because he does not have a criminal record. The fine will also see the jail term struck from Messi's records.

Numerous footballers have been involved in similar tax fraud cases in recent times, with Javier Mascherano also paying a fine last year after he was handed a six-month jail sentence.

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is currently battling the Spanish tax office for charges of tax fraud totalling a reported £13m.

Video assistant refrees got Arsene Wenger thinking - Hear what he told his player

This year’s Confederations Cup has featured video assistant referees for the first time, and that got Wenger thinking of the potential perils of introducing the technology to the Premier League.

"The only question we have to answer now is how far will we go?" Wenger told Arsenal Player.

"For example, there is a guy in the box who should be given a penalty. The opposition win the ball, go up the other end and score. Do you cancel the goal and give the penalty to the other side?

"That could become a very controversial decision, because if the referee lets the game flow he cannot stop the game. If he comes back and gives a penalty of course that can create havoc, because he has to wait until the game has stopped to intervene. We have to think about how you deal with that.

"At the moment I would [use VAR] for offside and goals allowed or disallowed, but keep it as simple as possible.

"It would sometimes allow the linesmen to let the game go - they would be encouraged to be a bit less protective of the defenders if they knew that if a goal was scored you could come back to see if it was offside or not.

"The penalty decision I’m not 100 percent convinced about because even if you watch it 10 times on video and have 10 specialists in the studio, five might say it’s a penalty and five might say it’s not."

Emil Forsberg wants to make the next step in his career - Agent

Report says, Emil Forsberg's representative, Hasan Cetinkaya, has revealed that his 25-year-old client is looking to take his career to the next level, presumably at a bigger club.

However, the Sweden international was one of Leipzig's top players last term, setting up 22 goals and scoring eight as they finished second in the Bundesliga to secure Champions League football.

Mintzlaff responded strongly to rumours that Forsberg may move to the likes of Liverpool or Arsenal, reminding the player and his agent that he has a contract until 2022.

"I've never experienced an arrogant attitude like this," Cetinkaya told Bild in response to Mintzlaff.

He added: "I know how long Emil is under contract at Leipzig. And I also know what he owes to the club. My client, Emil wants to make the next step in his career."

At last, Muhamed Salah in Anfield, sign a long-term with Liverpool

All the speculations has finally end as Mohamed Salah has completed his move from Roma to Liverpool, signing a ‘long-term deal’ at Anfield.

The Egyptian winger made his first foray into the Premier League when he moved from Basel to Chelsea in 2014, scoring twice in 10 league appearances in his first season with the Blues.

But halfway through his second season at Stamford Bridge, in which he made just three appearances, Salah was loaned out to Serie A, first with Fiorentina before switching to Roma for the 2015/116 campaign.

Having come of age in Italy, scoring 34 goals in 83 appearances for the Giallorossi, Salah believes that he returns to England a different player.

"Even my personality was different, I was a kid – I was 20 or 21. Now I’m four years older, everything's different," he told his new club's official website.

"I am improving and doing better and better every year. This is why I’m in a new challenge and I’m happy to have this challenge. It’s not easy but I know that. I’m excited. It’s not easy, but I’m ready."

Salah will take the No. 11 shirt, with Roberto Firmino swapping to No. 9, and the 25-year-old says he can be deployed in a number of attacking formations.

"They played so well last season," he said of his new teammates. "Mane played a fantastic season, Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana – all of them. I don’t want to say just one name. All of them had a great season last year.

"I have played on the right. Last season with Roma we played five at the back and two strikers; I was a second striker, like a No.10. Sometimes I go on the left. I can play anywhere up front."

"Dortmund have enquired about Lee with Barcelona," Guardiola was quoted as saying by Bild. "Talks are ongoing."

PSG will not let Verratti join Barcelona - Kluivert

Speculation revealed that, Verratti has been linked with a move to the Catalans, with the Italian said to be their primary transfer target, but he still has four years left on his contract and PSG do not want to lose him.

"It's going to be very difficult for Barca to sign him.

"If a player is not happy in the end the one that decides are PSG".

Reports have claimed that Barcelona are willing to splash between €70m and €80m for Verratti, but Kluivert reckons the midfielder is worth even more.

He said, "Verratti's worth more than that. I think he's worth more than €100m."

Mintzlaff said, it will be careless to sell Naby Keita

Report revealed that, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly keen to bring the 22-year-old central midfielder to Anfield this transfer window for around £50m.

However, with RB Leipzig preparing for their first season in the UEFA Champions League, following a second-place finish in their maiden campaign in the German top flight, they are looking to strengthen their side, not weaken it.

Mintzlaff said,  "It would be negligent to sell one of our key players now".

"Emil and Naby are extremely talented and developable players, we are glad that we are able to keep up with their development as a club.

“And now we can prove ourselves in the Champions League in the coming season.”
