The Montenegro international linked up with Los Blanquirrojos on a loan deal in January after limited opportunities at the San Siro under a string of managers over an 18-month period.
Jovetic scored six goals and provided four assists in 21 La Liga outings to help the Andalusians finish in the top-four and secure a place in the Champions League qualifying rounds.
The loan agreement is said to contain a clause allowing the Spanish club to purchase the 27-year-old striker outright for €13.5million, which expires on June 15.
Sabatini claims Jovetic has other suitors and that Sevilla must pay the fee stated in the clause or risk losing out on his signature.
"We are evaluating the situation," the 62-year-old Italian told Spanish media outlet ABC.
"But I don't think there will [be any change], because there is interest in the player on the market."
