Suicide bombers killed two policemen in Algeria

State media reports that, a suicide bomber has killed two Algerian policemen this morning.Official reports confirmed that, one of the policemen threw himself on the attacker whose explosives belt then detonated.According to official APS news agency, the officers had intervened when the attacker tried to enter the police headquarters in the region of Tiaret, about 350 km (220 miles) south-west of the capital Algiers.AFP on its own report said, "The attack was the second time this year that a suicide bomber has targeted Algerian police".

Zambia opposition politician do not have room of bitterness over his arrest

Lusaka Times report that, the Zambian opposition politician Hakainde Hichilema says, he do not have resentment mine against the people who arrested him.However, Mr Hichilema was arrested in April, accused of endangering the president's life after his motorcade allegedly refused to give way to the one transporting Mr Lungu.He had been held in prison since April and released earlier this month.He said, "We do not have room of bitterness as we have wholeheartedly forgiven those who arrested and detained us, we want to move our country forward".

US court stop new Texas immigration law on Sanctuary cities

Rwanda police denied arresting opposition figure

News report disclosed that, Rwanda police in Rwanda have denied reports that they have arrested a prominent opposition leader, Diane Shima Rwigara, and her mother.However, police spokesperson Theos Badege told journalists that, security officers had conducted a raid at the politician's home in relation to investigations over her alleged use of forged signatures to endorse her failed presidential bid.This led to her disqualification in this month's election which Paul Kagame won.He added that, her family was also being investigated for alleged tax evasion.Reports say that unknown armed men dressed in civilian clothes spent a night outside her home before storming in on Wednesday morning.They then held Ms Rwigara and her family at gunpoint, searching the house for hours.Her family say that they don't know where she and her mother are now.

Cameroon city council enforce law to force business owners to stop protests

News report says, high tension in Bamnenda, the capital of Cameroon's north-west region, where English speakers have been protesting against what they call unfair treatment by the government, which is dominated by French-speakers.BBC news report that, "Every Monday, shop owners in and around the city's two main markets have shut their businesses in sympathy with the protests".In the reaction, the city council has permanently sealed off the affected areas, stopping shop owners being able to reach their businesses.
